Handmade Ikat and Kalamkari blouse by DesiCrafts. This blouse is a mix of handwoven handloom ikat from Andhra Pradesh and Red Kalamkari which is hand block printed in Buddha faces.  

This blouse comes in various sizes and you can also request a custom order from DesiCrafts. 

This is a very modern style blouse, made to fit you. You can wear it with a sari or with a skirt and a pair of pants as a crop top.

The back of this blouse has tiny handmade loops and buttons giving the blouse a style of its own.

Indian Kalamkari and Ikat Blouses - Ready to Wear Formal Blouse Designs

Hello and welcome to yet another post about the great Indian dresses. We have been absent for a while but we are back now with some new things.

We will try to be more active now. In this blog we will publish/answer all tips and queries related to Indian dresses.

This blouse is made in DesiCrafts workshop in Chennai, India.

The blouse features black cars in yellow chanderi with black and white ikat top and sleeves.

 

The blouse has long sleeves and it is customizable as per your needs. 

 

As you see, the model is wearing this sexy formal wear blouse with a pair of skinny jeans, the blouse can be worn with a pair of pants or skirt or a lehenga. Of course, sari is the ultimate combination for this blouse.

 

Ahh...the details are just awesome. Long sleeves with extra thin piping is an example of DesiCrafts fine attention to the detail. 

 

Look at the loops on the back open blouse, they are handmade using ikat cotton fabric. Inside are hidden hooks to close the blouse. Thin piping follow the edge of the neckline.
